Italian Dressing and Dry Rub Mix

- ⅛ ounce/3½ g high-quality herb decarboxylated
- 2 tablespoons/30 ml dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons/30 ml pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tablespoon/15 ml garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon/15 ml onion powder
- 1 tablespoon/15 ml white sugar
- 1 tablespoon/15 ml dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon/5 ml ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon/5 ml dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon/1¼ ml dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon/1¼ ml celery salt
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and and pulse for 2 seconds 10 times.
- Pour your Italian Dressing and Dry Rub Mix into a spice shaker and it’s ready to use!
