Very Berry Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients
Berry Mixture
- ½ cup Blueberries
- ½ cup Raspberries
- ½ cup Blackberries
- ⅓ cup Water

1 tablespoon Magical Tincture
-
1 tablespoon Honey or Infused Honey
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

MagicalButter Machine
Creamy Coconut Mixture
- 1 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
- ½ Vanilla Bean Pod scraped out
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions
Berry Mixture
- Start by adding all the berry ingredients and Magical Tincture into the MagicalButter Machine.
- To get your berries to the right consistency run the blend cycle 1-3 times. Make them as chunky or finely chopped as you'd like!
- Pour your mixture out of the machine into a small pourable bowl.
OPTIONAL: If you desire, you can strain the berry mixture first.
Creamy Coconut Mixture
- In a small bowl scrape half a vanilla pod into one cup of full fat coconut milk with 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- In a small pourable bowl scrape half a vanilla pod into one cup of full fat coconut milk with 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- Using popsicles molds pour varying amount of the berry and coconut mixture until each mold is full.
- Place in freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Remove from the molds and enjoy. Eat To Treat!
