Ingredients: 8 hot dogs; 1 ¼ cups flour; 1 teaspoon salt; ¾ cup cornmeal; ¼ cups sugar; 1 teaspoon baking powder; ¼ cup Magical Butter melted; 2 eggs; ¾ cup milk; 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract; 8 wooden skewers

Ingredients

8 hot dogs
1 ¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup cornmeal
¼ cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup Magical Butter melted
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
8 wooden skewers

Directions

Preheat your oil to 350°F.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Wisk all of the wet ingredients together then add to the dry ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.
Skewer the dogs & dip into the batter to coat.
Place into your oil and cook for 5 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Remove from the oil and let cool on paper towels to soak up any excess oil.
