Apple Cider Floats

Ingredients

Apple Cider Floats

  • 4 cups unfiltered apple juice
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 red apple
  • 2 Granny Smith Apple
  • 3 whole sticks cinnamon
  • 2 tsp aniseed
  • 2 tsp whole cloves
  • ½ cup organic sugar

Caramel sauce

  • 1 cup Magical Butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
How To

Apple Cider Floats

  1. Place all ingredients in MB2e
  2. Set at 160 for two hours

Caramel sauce

  1. In medium saucepan melt butter, add brown sugar, and heavy cream
  2. Whisk thoroughly for 2-3 minutes
  3. Do not allow sugar to sit at bottom; it will burn
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Allow caramel to cool

Serving

  1. Take mason jar, mug, or even coffee mug and add ice cream
  2. Fill with warm cider
  3. Top with whipped cream
  4. Add caramel sauce on top
  5. Enjoy!
