Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 cup Magical Olive Oil
  • ⅔ cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons fresh basil or cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red onion or shallot, diced
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 20 fresh oregano leaves
  • 8 cloves garlic, rough chopped
  • 1 bunch Italian parsley, rough chopped
How To
  1. Place all the ingredients inside your MagicalButter machine, and secure the lid.
  2. Push the Blend/Clean button.
  3. When the cycle is completed, pour your Chimichurri Sauce into a serving container, and enjoy!


Chef’s Notes


This sauce is great with steaks, chicken, fish, and pork. Or, replace the basil/cilantro with mint to give lamb an incredible burst of flavor!
