Heady Corn Dawgs
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup cornmeal
  • ¼ cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup Magical Butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 8 wooden skewers

Heady Corn Dawgs
  • Preheat your oil to 350°F.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients.
  • Wisk all of the wet ingredients together, then add to the dry ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.
  • Skewer the dogs & dip into the batter to coat.
  • Place into your oil, and cook for 5 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oil and let cool on paper towels to soak up any excess oil.
