4 Cups Blueberries

Zest of 2 Lemons

Juice of 2 Lemons

4 teaspoons Baking Powder

4 Cups Flour

1 teaspoon Salt

2 ½ Cups Sugar

1 Cup Milk

1 Cup MagicalButter (Melted)

Lemon Juice

Lemon Glaze
Directions
Heat the oven to 250 degrees.
Combine butter, milk, eggs, juice of lemon and zest of lemon mix thoroughly using a mixer.
Once combined, add flour and baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Mix again. Finally mix in frozen blueberries.Take a scoop of batter, add to muffin liners, make sure to not over fill.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
While they bake, mix lemon juice and powdered sugar to make a glaze.
Let cool for at least 10 minutes on cooling rack.
Add lemon glaze and enjoy!
