5 Granny Smith Apples

5 ounces Chocolate Melting Wafers

1 Cup Caramel Bits

2 tablespoons Heavy Cream

1 teaspoon Magical Coconut Oil

Sliced Lemon or Lemon Juice
Directions
Clean and dry your apples.
Cut apples into slices and discard the core, place your apples on a parchment lined pan.
Rub the lemon slices onto the apples and let them sit for a few minutes, then pat the slices dry and place them in the fridge.
*Using chocolate in this recipe is optional, you can use milk chocolate, white chocolate, or dark chocolate for this recipe.
Melt down the chocolate wafers, add the coconut oil and mix well with a silicone spatula.
Dip each slice half way into the chocolate and place it back onto the pan.
Once all of the apples have been dipped, place them back into the fridge.
Melt your caramel bits down in a microwaveable safe and add the heavy cream. Mix well.
Drizzle or dip the apples into the caramel, place them in the fridge for at least 10 minutes giving everything time to set.
These will be best for up to 3-4 days if refrigerated.
