Directions
Warm milk up to 110 Degrees and pour into a small mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon sugar, and a yeast packet. Whisk together and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl add sugar, butter, salt, and eggs. Using a hand mixer, beat ingredients until just combined, about 1-2 minutes.
Add your flour to the large mixing bowl and begin to work ingredients together with a silicone spatula or the dough attachment of a stand mixer.
Once the yeast is done proofing add it to your flour mixture and continue mixing until dough comes together into a ball.
Move dough into an oiled bowl, wrap with plastic wrap, and let rest for 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
Grease a 9x13 Pan with butter or cooking spray.
Combine filling ingredients into a paste and put to the side.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface. It should be approx. 16 inches long by 12 inches wide and ¼ inch thick.
Spread the filling onto the dough and roll up tightly.
Cut into even sized cinnamon rolls and place into your pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, once the oven is ready, bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
While the rolls are cooling, make the frosting using a hand mixer to beat the ingredients.
Spread Generously with frosting and enjoy!
