Ingredients: 1 bag crushed nacho Doritos for breadcrumbs; 2 cups flour; 5 large eggs; 1 lb chicken strips or breast cut into strips; 3 Cups Mountain Dew Reduced to 1 1/2 cups (which goes into machine); 1/4 Cup MagicalButter infused apple cider vinegar; 1/4 cup MagicalButter infused honey; 1/8 tsp mustard powder; 1 tsp ground ginger; 1 tsp red pepper flakes; 1 tsp orange zest; 1/2 tsp lemon zest; 1/2 tsp lime zest; 1 tsp black pepper

Ingredients

1 bag crushed nacho Doritos for breadcrumbs
2 cups flour
5 large eggs
1 lb chicken strips or breast cut into strips

3 Cups Mountain Dew Reduced to 1 1/2 cups (which goes into machine)
1/4 Cup MagicalButter infused apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup MagicalButter infused honey
1/8 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp lime zest
1 tsp black pepper

Directions

Place flour in a dish for dredging then whisk eggs in another dish. Add the crushed chips to a third dish.
Working with one piece of chicken at a time dredge in flour shaking off excess. Dip in egg mixture then coat in breadcrumbs pressing to adhere. Transfer to a parchment covered baking sheet.
Repeat with remaining chicken.
Fit a large pot with a neutral fry oil enough to cover up the chicken (about 2 inches). Heat over medium-high until a heat thermometer registers 350°.
Working in small batches fry chicken turning occasionally until golden brown and crisp about 2–3 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and season with salt while still hot. Serve with Dipping Sauce.
