Macho Margaritas with Jalapeño Syrup

Ingredients
Jalapeño Syrup

2 cups Water

2 cups Sugar

4 Jalapeños, seeds removed

Macho Margarita

25 ml Jalapeño Syrup
-
45 ml Tequila
-
25 ml Lemon Juice
-
25 grams Cucumber
-
Cilantro Sprig
Tajin Seasoning
-
1 cup Dried Pepper Powders (we used a Guajillo, Chipotle, and Ancho mix)

Zest of 1 Lime
-
2 teaspoons Coarse Sea Salt
Directions
Jalapeño Syrup
Place all of the ingredients into the MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
Set the temperature to 220°F/105°C and then press the 1 Hour Oil button.
Once your cycle is complete, pour the finished syrup into a storage container.
Macho Margarita
Add everything except the tequilla to a drink shaker.
Mash the contents to break up the cucumber, and let sit for 3 minutes.
Add the tequila and enough ice to fill the shaker. Shake to mix.
Serve over ice and garnish with more cilantro and a cucumber slice. Add your tajin seasoning to the rim of the glass.
