Ingredients
3 teaspoons Magical Lion's Mane Powder
½ cup of Magical Coconut Oil, melted
2 cups Flour, sifted
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
¼ cup of Water
12 ounces Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking tray with parchment.
In a large mixing bowl combine all of your dry ingredients.
Add in the wet ingredients and mix until the batter becomes uniform.
Gently fold in the chopped chocolate.
Place dough onto the baking tray in the shape of small flattened circles, around 3 inches wide. You should have about 8 cookies.
Place in the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
