Maple Granola Bars

Ingredients

¾ cup Magical Coconut Oil (Room temperature)

½ cup Maple Syrup

2 cups Rolled Oats

1 tablespoon Vanilla

¼ teaspoon Salt (to taste)

½ cup Peanut Butter
-
½ cup Shredded Coconut
-
¼ cup Chocolate Chip

¼ cup Almond Slices

Magical Granola Bar Mold
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on each side. If using foil, lightly grease with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
Evenly spread the oats, almond slices, and coconut shreds on the baking pan. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until everything is golden.
Grab a mixing bowl and add in all the toasted ingredients.
Add the chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt. Mix together.
Add the maple syrup and Magical Coconut Oil followed by peanut butter. Mix well!
To assemble, use a MagicalButter Granola Bar Mold.
Carefully fill the mold with the granola mix, filling them up to the top.
Place the lid on and place them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
After they are chilled, you will have a delicious on the go snack!
