1 ½ cups Magical Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves (no stems) packed (about 3-4 ounces)
- 1½ cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ¼ cup walnuts chopped
- 3-5 large cloves garlic chopped
- Place all the ingredients except the cheese inside your MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
- Select the Blend/Clean cycle. Run it 1-2 times.
- Pour the cheese into the machine secure the lid and repeat Step 2.
- Toss your Magical Pesto over fresh-cooked pasta and enjoy! Or refrigerate it in a storage container. It will last about 1 week refrigerated or 3-4 months frozen.
