Sauces & Spreads
- 1 cup Magical Olive Oil
- ⅔ cup red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons fresh basil or cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red onion or shallot diced
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 20 fresh oregano leaves
- 8 cloves garlic rough chopped
- 1 bunch Italian parsley rough chopped
- Place all the ingredients inside your MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
- Push the Blend/Clean button.
- When the cycle is completed pour your Chimichurri Sauce into a serving container and enjoy!
This sauce is great with steaks, chicken, fish, and pork. Or, replace the basil/cilantro with mint to give lamb an incredible burst of flavor!
