Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard; 1 egg yolk; Zest of one Lime; 1/2 juice of one Lime; 2 tablespoons Adobo Sauce; 1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce chopped; 1/3 cup Cilantro chopped; 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic; 10 ouces Avocado Oil; 1 ounce Magical Olive Oil; Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 egg yolk
Zest of one Lime
1/2 juice of one Lime
2 tablespoons Adobo Sauce
1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce chopped
1/3 cup Cilantro chopped
1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
10 ouces Avocado Oil
1 ounce Magical Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium sized bowl combine the dijon egg lime zest lime juice and adobo sauce and gently whisk to bring together.
Slowly whisk in infused oil and avocado oil to emulsify.
Combine chopped cilantro chipotle pepper granulated garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Enjoy as a dip sauce spread and even a salad dressing!
