Spooky Popcorn Balls
Over medium heat combine the corn syrup, magical butter, powdered sugar, and mini marshmallows in a saucepan. The mixture should reach a bubbling simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Place your popcorn in a large bowl or spread out on a large baking sheet.
Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn and let it sit for 3 minutes or until it is cool enough to manage with your hands.
Add any additional toppings. We added mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Working quickly, form your popcorn balls by squeezing together clusters of popcorn. Do not pack the balls too tightly or they may be too hard to eat.
Let them sit at room temperature for 1 hour and enjoy!
Package these up tightly and keep at room temperature for up to 1 month.
