Pot Sticker Dipping Sauce
Place all of the ingredients into the MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
Set your temperature to 160°F and press the 1 HOUR button.
Once the cycle is finished, let sauce cool and serve with finished pot stickers.
Pot Sticker Filling
In a large saucepan, brown the ground turkey.
Add the infused olive oil, cabbage, carrots, garlic and Japanese 7-Spice and cook until vegetables are tender.
Mix in the hoisin sauce and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
Mix in the scallions and remove from heat. Set aside.
Pot Sticker Assembly
Brush the perimeter of a wonton wrapper with some egg and fill center with 1 tablespoon of filling.
Open your dominant hand, palm side up, and hold fingers together. Place the filled and open wonton wrapper onto your fingers and fold the wrapper in half, only sealing the corner of one side.
Using your other hand, push small pleats onto one side of the wrapper, pressing and sealing with the hand holding the potsticker.
Set aside and repeat until all filling and wrappers have been used.
In a large skillet on med-high heat, pan fry the pot stickers for 2 minutes per side.
Top with sesame seeds and scallions and pair with dipping sauce.
