Ingredients

2 tablespoons Magical Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Sweet Onion (peeled small diced)
- 3 Cloves Garlic (peeled crushed)
- ¼ cup Celery (small diced)
- ¼ cup Carrot (peeled small diced)
- 1 cups of Roasted Red Peppers (medium diced)
- ¼ cup Tomato Paste
- ¾ cups Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
- 1 cup Potatoes (peeled medium diced)
- 1 tablespoon Dry Cordyceps
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Fennel Seeds
- 2 Pinches Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay
- 2 cups Water (fish or seafood stock is okay)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon Fresh Thyme Leaves
- ½ cup Heavy Cream

- ¾ cups Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

2 tablespoons Magical Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chives (chopped fine)
- 1 tablespoon Chive Blossoms
- 1 tablespoon Flat Leaf Parsley (chopped fine)

Crab Salad Garnish
Directions
Crab and Cordyceps Soup
- Add all the soup ingredients into the MagicalButter Machine except the heavy cream.
- Secure the lid. Set the temperature to 160° and set the timer for 1 hour.
- When the cycle is finished add the heavy cream and run for an additional 5-minute cycle on 160°.
Crab Salad Garnish
- To make the Crab Salad Garnish add the crab olive oil lemon juice chives parsley to a small mixing bowl and mix well.
- Place a small amount of crab salad in each bowl. Fill each bowl with soup sprinkle a few chive blossoms around each soup. Serve and enjoy!
