Banging Basil Pesto

  • 1 ½ cups/350ml Magical Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
  • 3 cups/700ml fresh basil leaves (no stems), packed (about 3-4 ounces/84-112g)
  • 1½ cups/360ml freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup/60ml pine nuts   
  • ¼ cup/60ml walnuts, chopped  
  • 3-5 large cloves garlic, chopped

How To
  1. Place all the ingredients except the cheese inside your MagicalButter machine, and secure the lid.    
  2. Select the Blend/Clean cycle. Run it 1-2 times.
  3. Pour the cheese into the machine, secure the lid, and repeat Step 2.
  4. Toss your Magical Pesto over fresh-cooked pasta, and enjoy! Or, refrigerate it in a storage container. It will last about 1 week refrigerated, or 3-4 months frozen.
