Banging Basil Pesto

- Yield: About 3 cups/720 ml
- 1 ½ cups/350ml Magical Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
- 3 cups/700ml fresh basil leaves (no stems), packed (about 3-4 ounces/84-112g)
- 1½ cups/360ml freshly grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup/60ml pine nuts
- ¼ cup/60ml walnuts, chopped
- 3-5 large cloves garlic, chopped
- Place all the ingredients except the cheese inside your MagicalButter machine, and secure the lid.
- Select the Blend/Clean cycle. Run it 1-2 times.
- Pour the cheese into the machine, secure the lid, and repeat Step 2.
- Toss your Magical Pesto over fresh-cooked pasta, and enjoy! Or, refrigerate it in a storage container. It will last about 1 week refrigerated, or 3-4 months frozen.
