Sticky Pot Stickers

  • ½ cup Magical Olive Oil, plus 4 tablespoons
  • ¾ pound ground turkey or pork, 95 to 99 percent lean
  • 6 scallions (white parts only), minced
  • 2 cups Dank Dippin’ Sauce
  • 1 cup cabbage, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Japanese 7-Spice   
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten in a bowl
  • 48 dumpling wrappers

How To
  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix your coconut oil, meat, cabbage, ginger, garlic, scallion whites, Japanese 7-Spice, and 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce.
  2. Lay a wrapper on a clean, dry surface. Using your finger or a brush, spread a bit of egg along half its circumference.
  3. Place a rounded teaspoon of filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold it over, and seal it by pinching the edges together. (Do not overfill.)
