These fiery thai chili meatballs are absolutely bursting with flavor! Gluten-free, paleo, and easy to make at home.
Ingredients
Gluten-Free Firecracker Ballz
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 3 tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Black Pepper
- 1 cup Ground Gluten-Free Pretzels
- 2 Pink Himalayan Salt
- 2 Eggs
- Β½ cup Infused Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

1 cup Infused Honey
- Β½ cup Water
- Β½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
- 4 Red Hot Chili Peppers dried
- Β½ teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
Directions
Gluten-Free Firecracker Ballz
- Preheat your oven to 450Β°F. Set out a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl but don't over mix.
- Using a scoop or using your hands measure out your meatballs (about 3 tablespoons each) and place them onto the baking sheet
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Once finished top with extra chili sauce and enjoy!
Infused Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
- Place all of the ingredients into the MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
- Set your temperature to 160Β°F and then press the 1 HOUR button.
- Once the cycle has finished enjoy!
