Mediterranean Portobello “Steaks”
2 tablespoon Magical Oil
1/4 cup Vegetable Broth
2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic
1 tablespoon Rosemary
1 teaspoon Tarragon
1 tablespoon Basil
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Oregano
4 Portobello Mushroom Caps
Begin by removing the stems from the mushroom caps and discarding them.
Put mushroom caps in a bowl and add all ingredients except for the oil.
Allow the mushrooms to marinate for 10 minutes in the mixture, stirring occasionally.
Set a sauce pan on medium heat and add oil. Once oil is hot, add mushrooms onto the pan, gills down. Pour remaining liquid in the pan as well and then cover.
Cook for 12 minutes then remove from heat. Mushroom should be slightly wilted.
Eat on a burger, over rice, in a salad or on its own...enjoy!
