Blackened Tofu

Ingredients

¼ cup Magical Oil

1 block of Extra Firm Tofu

3 tablespoon Smoked Paprika

2 tablespoon Fresh Black Pepper

2 tablespoon Cumin

2 tablespoon Chili Powder

2 tablespoon Sea Salt (or kosher salt)

2 tablespoon Garlic Powder

2 tablespoon Onion Powder

1 tablespoon Dried Oregano

1 tablespoon Coriander
-
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1 teaspoon White Pepper
Blackened Tofu
Directions
Blackened Tofu
Combine all of the spices in a bowl and mix together.
Drain tofu from package and absorb some of its moisture using a paper towel.
Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes or diagonally across the block to create thin triangle slices.
Toss the tofu in the spice mix, coating all sides evenly.
Set your pan to medium heat and add oil. Once oil is hot, cautiously lay down tofu pieces, making sure not to disturb its coating.
Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until toasty brown on all sides.
Enjoy hot or cold.
