Were lollipops one of your favorite candies as a kid? Now that you're an adult, learn how to make homemade infused lollipops to enjoy with your grown-up friends. Our recipe can be customized as to what flavor, color, and shape you want your herbal lollipops to be.
Add your Magical Tintcure to a heavy bottom sauce pan and reduce to a FECO.
Once tincture has reduced to a FECO, add in your water, corn syrup and sugar. Allow sugar to melt into the water.
- Let sit until the temperature reaches 302º Fahrenheit. As soon as your candy thermometer reaches 302º Fahrenheit remove from heat.
- Add cream of tartar and coloring mix and then get ready to pour! Make sure your molds are ready ahead of time your candy will harden quickly.
- Pour into molds and let your candies harden at room temperature. Allow roughly 30 minutes for your candies to harden.
