Orange Creamsicle Popsicle

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup Orange juice ( with or without pulp)

3 Mandarin oranges (peeled and separated)

1⁄4 cup White sugar -

3⁄4 cup Heavy cream -

1⁄2 cup Vanilla bean yogurt

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

3 teaspoons Magical MCT or Coconut Oil (melted and cooled slightly)

Silicone Molds

Popsicle Sticks

Directions
Add your oranges, orange juice, vanilla extract, and sugar to a blender or food processor. Blend for 30 seconds on high.
- Add whipping cream and yogurt, you can choose to add your infused oil at this point or you can add it to each individual popsicle at the end before freezing. Blend for 1 minute.
- Pour mixture, distribute evenly into the popsicle molds and add your popsicle sticks.
- Move molds into the freezer to set overnight.
To help remove the popsicles from the mold, run the mold under lukewarm water for a few seconds to help loosen them up.
Once the popsicles are removed from the mold place them in an airtight freezer-safe container or in freezer-safe packaging to reduce chances of freezer burn.
These can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
