Pineapple Express Ice Cream
In the bowl of your stand mixer add heavy cream, pineapple juice, vanilla extract. Whip on high for 2-3 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the chilled sweetened condensed milk, crushed pineapples, and magical oil.
If you decide to add the optional ingredients, fold those into the mixture along with the condensed milk and crushed pineapples.
- Pour the mixture into a large glass bowl or into pint sized mason jars.
- Top with fruity pebbles or more crushed pineapples.
Place in the freezer to set overnight. Enjoy!
This ice cream will be good for up to 3 months in the freezer.
