8 tablespoon Magical Butter (cold and cubed)

¼ cup Sugar

1 Egg Yolk

1 Egg

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

½ teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons Strawberry Jam

1 cup Freeze-dried Strawberries

1 cup Golden Oreos (crushed)

½ cup White Chocolate Chips

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, whisk together the All-purpose flour, cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In the bowl of your stand mixer using your paddle attachment, cream the cold butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients and mix on low.
With the mixer on low gradually add in the strawberry jam, freeze-dried strawberries, crushed golden Oreos, and white chocolate chips.
Using a large cookie scoop, shape your cookies and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the bottoms are golden.
Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
Lasts for 1 week at room temperature, 1 month in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer with proper packaging.
