Chili and Parmesan Crusted Brussels Sprouts
1 pound Brussels Sprouts, washed and cut
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
2-3 teaspoons Chili Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 stick Garlic Compound Butter (infused or not)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut your stick of butter into tablespoons, then take one tablespoon and grease the parchment.
Next sprinkle the parmesan and chili flakes onto the baking sheet.
Then scatter the remaining tablespoons of butter onto the parchment.
Place the Brussels sprouts onto the parchment, flat side down.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 9-10 minutes or until done.
