Comfy Chocolate Chip Cookie
2 Sticks Butter, 1 Cup (3/4 Regular Butter with 1/4 MagicalButter) (modify as preferred) room temperature
3/4 Brown Sugar
3/4 Organic Cane Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cups Organic Chocolate Chips (your choice of chips)
Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
Cream together butter and sugars until creamy, add vanilla, 1 egg, continue beating, add second egg, mix until fluffy.
Gently incorporate dry ingredients onto wet, mix well, stir in chocolate chips.
On a non greased cookie sheet, place a small scoop of dough 2 inches apart, bake for 9 to 11 minutes, remove and place on rack to cool before enjoying!
The dough can also be frozen for another day of baking.
