Magic Granola Bars
Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a saucepan combine butter, sugar, peanut butter, cinnamon and ginger, stir until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat, pour in oats, banana chips and all crushed nuts.
Transfer onto pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Once done, melt chocolate and pour onto top of granola bars. You can also add in any additional items, such as nuts, raisins, etc. to adjust to your liking! Let cool and enjoy!

I love this recipe because it is healthy! I am always trying to enjoy an edible treat without hurting my diet. I was always eating cookies & brownies until I realized one day I need to figure something else out. I looked online at some healthy recipes & came across granola bars so I decided to tweak them, now I cant imagine not having them everyday! No guilt eating them either!
