Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut flour
1/3 cup Magical Coconut Oil/ or Magical Butter
3 Large Eggs
1/4 Coconut Cream from a can
2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Powdered Sweetener Plus 2 Tablespoons (I use Swerve)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
More unsweetened shredded coconut for decorating

Directions
In a large bowl , blend the magical coconut oil/or butter , vanilla extract, eggs and coconut cream.
Next add the dry ingredients, coconut flour, shredded coconut, baking powder and sweetener. Mix well and check for sweetness and add if needed.
You can either bake in a baking pan 7x7, or I use a mini cupcake pan, its equivalent to a tablespoon each.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut on top.
Bake at 345 for 13 mins. for mini's or 345 for 20 mins for the 7x7 or until edges are golden brown. Let cool
