Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. 

2. Spray or grease four mini loaf pans with non-stick spray OR use mini loaf liners.

3. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

4.  In another bowl, mash the bananas thoroughly. Set aside. 

5. In a large bowl, combine light brown sugar and magical butter and beat until light and fluffy.

6. Add in mashed bananas, egg, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk. Mix until well combined.

7. Gradually mix in flour mixture until batter is smooth.

8. Fold in the Mini Chocolate Chips.

9. Fill mini loaf pan with batter (about 1/3 cup of batter for each mini loaf).

10.  *Optional: Add a sprinkle of granulated sugar on the tops of each mini loaf to give a little bit of a crunchy top. You can also add additional chocolate chips to the top at this time too!

11. Bake in pre-heated oven about 30 minutes or until the bread is set and lightly browned on top. 

12. Insert toothpick into center of loaf to check if it's done. If it comes out clean, then it is done!

13. Let cool and enjoy!
