1 teaspoon Onion Powder

¾ teaspoon Ground Ginger

½ teaspoon Ground Coriander

2 teaspoons Olive Oil

1/8 cup Buffalo Butter Sauce

3 pieces Russet Potatoes (medium size)

2 ½ cups Cheese Curds

1/8 cup Buffalo Butter Sauce

2 tablespoons Spring Onions

Directions
Magical Buffalo Butter Sauce
Place all the ingredients in the Magical butter machine and set to 160 Fahrenheit for 2 hours.
Pour the sauce into a container and set aside. You can easily store it in the fridge or in the freezer.
Buffalo Chicken Wings
Let the wings dry out on a baking tray lined up with a resting rack in the fridge for a couple hours.
Pre-heat your oven to 400 Fahrenheit.
Place them into a large stainless-steel bow and add the spices and olive oil.
Place the wings on a resting rack over a baking tray making sure they are spaced out (will cook better). You can also wrap the baking tray with tin foil to make the cleaning easier.
Cook the wings at 400 Fahrenheit for 28 min, flipping them half way through.
Toss them in a large stainless bowl with the buffalo butter sauce.
Serve them in a plate lined up with parchment paper or a wing basket.
Optional: Serve with a lime wedge.
Buffalo Poutine
Clean the potatoes with a scouring pad (or peel them).
Cut them into fries of your choice (thick or thins).
Heat up the canola oil into a large pot on medium heat to 250 Fahrenheit.
Blanch the fries in the oil for 10 min. Scoop them out onto a resting rack or paper towel.
Let them cool down. Now, bring the oil to 350 Fahrenheit.
Cook the fries until golden brown. Place them onto absorbing paper and season them with salt.
Pre-heat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
Place one layer of fries into a medium-size oven safe dish, add ½ the cheese and buffalo sauce. Repeat the process with a second layer.
Cook in the oven for 10 min or until the cheese is melted.
