Pulled Pork Sandwich with Korean Kimchi BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Magical Grapeseed Oil
2 cups Korean Kimchi or Spicy Kimchi, with the juices
1/2 medium Yellow Onion, chopped
8 cloves Garlic, smashed and chopped
1 tablespoon Infused Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Ketchup
1 1/2 inches Fresh Ginger, peeled
1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Gochujang
1 teaspoon Molasses
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Place all the ingredients inside your MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
Set your temperature to 160°F and your time to 1 HOUR.
Once your cycle is finished, you can optionally strain out the kimchi pulp or leave it on for extra flavor and texture.
Toss your pork or meat of choice in the finished BBQ sauce and enjoy!
