Ingredients

Magical Coconut Oil - 1/4 Cup

Sunflower Lecithin - 3/4 TSP

Maraschino Cherry Juice* - 2 Fluid Oz

Cold Water - 5 Fluid Oz

Directions
Using a large glass bowl pour maraschino cherry juice and cold water into the bowl.
Add Magical Butter Cherry Gummy mix into the water/juice mixture and fold the mix into your liquids until it is well combined.
Allow the mixture to bloom for at least 10 minutes.
While mixture blooms set up a medium/small pot of boiling water, the pot should allow your glass bowl to either rest snuggly inside the pot without touching any water or using a smaller pot to rest your bowl on the top of the pot and allow the steam and heat from the boiling water to heat your glass bowl.
Bring your infused coconut oil to a liquid form by letting your oil sit in a warm water bath to avoid overheating your oil.
Once your coconut oil has melted down add your Sunflower Lecithin, mixing thoroughly with a mini whisk or a large fork. Keep mixing until it is completely combined and you no longer see particles of lecithin.
After your mixture has bloomed add your glass bowl to your pot of water and let it sit for about 3 minutes until the mixture visibly begins to melt.
Once the mixture begins to melt, slowly and carefully mix and melt your gummy mixture. Keep mixing until the powder and liquid have completely melted down together and combined. This process will take about 10-15 minutes.
After the gummy mixture has completely melted down and combined, change stove temperature to low heat.
Now add your coconut oil to your melted gummy mixture and mix and fold oil into mixture with a silicone spatula for at least 5 minutes. This step is very important, when you’re done mixing the oil into the mixture it should be completely combined. There should be no oil sitting on top of the mixture, if you see oil sitting at the top of your mixture keep mixing!
Once the oil and gummy mixture have combined carefully pour mixture into a silicone measuring cup and begin to pour your gummies into the mold you have set out.
Let them sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then move to the fridge for at least 30 minutes to make sure your gummies have set.
Now pop your gummies out and put them in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 1 month or in the freezer to keep them even longer!
*For a stronger maraschino cherry flavor you can use up to 7 fluid ounces of cherry juice in place of the cold water.
