Natural Fruit Sour Gummies
½ cup Strawberry
¼ cup Figs
¼ cup Raspberry
⅓ cup Water
4 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Citric acid
2 tablespoons Magical Honey
8 Leaves Gelatin
3 grams Agar Agar
¼ cup Sugar

- Wash, core and dice the fruits and place them in a high speed food processor with the water.
Blend until smooth and pour into a small saucepan.
Add the lemon, citric acid and Magical Honey into the saucepan.
Cook on medium heat for about 3-4 min.
Off the heat, add the agar and gelatin and being it back to the heat and bring it to a boil and cook for a minute.
Pass the mixture into a sieve and pour into the Magical butter measuring cup.
Grab your Magical Butter gummy tray of preference and fill each cavity with the fruit mix.
Let it rest for 30 min at room temperature. Close the lid and place in fridge for 6 hours minimum.
Once set, pop them out of the tray and coat them in the sugar.
They are now ready to be enjoyed with moderation, oh and bon appétit!
