Ingredients

1 Onion, diced

Tomato sauce made with MB2e
- Beef Ribs
- Pork Shoulder

1/4 Cup MagicalButter olive oil
- 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 28 oz San Marzano Tomatoes

1/2 Cup MagicalButter olive oil
- 1/4 Cup chopped basil
- 2 TBSP chopped oregano
- 8 oz Tomato Paste
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 TBSP Chopped oregano
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
- 1 3/4 Cup flour
- 3 Whole eggs and 1 extra yolk
- 1/4 Cup MagicalButter olive oil
- Water to moisten

Directions
Meat Sauce
- Next in a deep pot sauté your meat in MagicalButter olive oil until all sides are evenly cooked. Remove meats and set aside.
- Add your diced onions garlic onion and garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the pot and sauté.
- Add your tomato sauce directly to the pot and stir. Add your beef ribs and pork shoulder cover and remove from heat.
Meat Marinade
- In a medium bowl marinade your beef ribs and pork shoulders with your MagicalButter olive oil Italian seasoning salt and pepper. Use your hands to make sure all parts of the meat are covered in your oil mixture.
Tomato Sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In the MagicalButter machine; add your tomatoes olive oil basil oregano tomato paste minced garlic salt and pepper.
- Run blend cycle until tomato sauce is smooth and consistent throughout. Set tomato sauce aside.
Cheese Spread
- In a large bowl add Ricotta Cheese egg chopped oregano mozzarella and Italian seasoning. Mix together.
Pasta
- On parchment paper shape your flour to hold 3 eggs plus the additional yolk and olive oil then kneed it together to make your pasta dough. When the dough starts to dry dip your fingers in water and continue to kneed.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and flatten to the thickness desired. We used a rolling pin and pasta roller.
- Finally grab your baking dish and line the bottom with tomato sauce and place your first sheet of pasta on top. Add a layer of cheese sauce and mozzarella and place another sheet on top. Add more tomato sauce and a thick layer of meat from your meat sauce.
- Repeat steps until baking sheet is stacked to the top with a layer of fresh mozzarella on top!
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 Minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!!
