Directions

1. Roughly chop garlic cloves and jalapeno pepper.

2. Combine oil, garlic, and jalapeno into the MagicalButter Machine and cook for 5 minutes at 160° Fahrenheit.

3. Add half and half, heavy cream, and bleu cheese and cook for an hour at 160° Fahrenheit.

4. Add lemon zest and sour cream, whisk, season with salt and pepper, and transfer into a bowl. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

5. Mince chives and add into sauce.

6. Add another 6 ounces of bleu cheese into sauce if you want it extra chunky. (Skip step if not)

7. Adjust seasoning if needed. Enjoy!
