1 tablespoon Sugar or Cannasugar

3 Scallions, sliced

1 Carrot, grated

1 Cubanelle Pepper, julienned

½ Small Onion, grated

Salt and Pepper to taste

Juice of 1 Orange

Juice and Zest of 1 Lime
