Small Bites & Appetizers
- In a medium mixing bowl combine your infused mayonnaise ketchup horseradish lemon juice and parsley. Mix until you have a light orange creamy mixture.
- Season a cast iron pan with olive oil and shallots. Sauté until light brown.
- Add your prawns to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. You’re looking for a bright orange color.
- Remove from heat and set aside for plating. We recommend soft slider buns butter leaf squash and pink onions for toppings. Eat to Treat!
