Ingredients
1 cup Magical Mayo
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup blue cheese
- ½ cup white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons pure cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions
- Add the ½ cup of blue cheese and the buttermilk into your MagicalButter machine and secure the lid; then press the Blend/Clean button. (This runs a 3-minute cycle with no heat.)
- Once the cycle is finished add the rest of the ingredients except the blue cheese secure the lid and run the Blend/Clean cycle once more.
- Remove the head to the machine add the rest of the blue cheese give a quick but good stir and pour into a serving dish or or storage container.
