2 Medium Russet Potatoes, peeled, cubed

¼ White Onion, chopped

1 Jalapeño Pepper (remove the seeds if you don’t like it spicy)

3 cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk

½ tablespoon Cumin Seeds

1 tablespoon Sea Salt

1 tablespoon Black Pepper

Fresh Cilantro Leaves

Pickled Peppers

Jalapeños

Black Pepper

Hot Sauce (Optional)

Garnish
Directions
Place all of the ingredients into the MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
Set the temperature to 190°F/87°C and then press the 1 Hour Oil button.
Once your cycle is complete, garnish and serve hot with cilantro. Enjoy!
