- ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- ½ teaspoon Coriander Seeds
- ½ teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon Celery Seeds
- ½ teaspoon Dry Onion Bits
- ½ teaspoon Dry Garlic Bits
- ½ teaspoon Hemp Hearts
- ½ teaspoon Black Onion Seeds
- ½ teaspoon Ground Coriander
- ½ teaspoon Ground Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 8-12 Young Cilantro Sprigs

¼ cup Magical Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Fresh Tomato (chopped)
- ¼ cup Celery (medium diced)
- ¼ cup Sweet Onion (medium diced)
- ¼ cup Carrot (medium diced)
- ½ cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper (medium diced)
- 5 Cloves Garlic (peeled and crushed)
- ½ cup Dry Red Lentils
- 2 cups Water
- 2 cups Chicken Stock (optional can use water)
- ½ teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon Ground Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Dry Aleppo Pepper (or red pepper flakes)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Dry Onion Bits
- ½ teaspoon Dry Garlic Bits
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro (rough chopped)

For the pan toasted spices add all the spices to a small sauté pan with the regular olive oil and toast over medium heat for 6-8 minutes cool for 15 minutes then add Magical Olive Oil. Set aside to cool.
- Serve the soup hot each garnished with toasted spices in their oil and several fresh cilantro sprigs. Enjoy!
Moroccan Red Lentil Purée
- Add all the soup ingredients into the MB2e excluding the fresh lemon juice and cilantro.
- Secure lid. Set the temperature to 160° and set the timer for 1 hour and let the machine work its magic.
- When the cycle is finished add the fresh lemon juice and chopped cilantro and run for an additional 5-minute cycle on 160°.
- Run the soup an additional 5-minute cycle with no heat for a smooth soup.
- Season the soup to taste and make sure you are happy with the desired consistency. (can thin out with water if needed)
