Holy Moly Mango Lime Aioli

- Yield: about 2½ cups/600 ml
- 1 cup/240 ml homemade Magical Mayo
- 4 tablespoons/60 ml MagicalButter Olive Oil
- ½ cup/120 ml Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup/60 ml chopped cilantro (or parsley)
- 2 tablespoons/30 ml honey
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 limes (juice and zest)
- 2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 habanero pepper, with seeds and veins removed
- 1 tablespoon/15 ml pink Himalayan salt
- ½ tablespoon/8 ml freshly ground black pepper
- Place all the ingredients except oil into your MagicalButter machine, and press the Clean button (no heat). When the cycle is completed, repeat it twice more.
- LIft the head, and add the olive oil. Run the Clean cycle once again, making your sauce smooth and delicious.
- Refrigerate your Holy Moly Mango Lime Aioli in a covered dish, serve, and enjoy!
