Easy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup Magical Oil
2 cups Cashews
2 cups Hot Water
8 Cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoons Capers
4 Whole Black Peppercorns
One head of lettuce (your fave!)

Wash lettuce and set aside to dry.
In a separate bowl, combine cashews in hot water and let sit for 30 minutes.
Once cashews have soaked for 30 minutes, combine all of the ingredients, including cashews and water, in the MagicalButter Machine.
Run on 1 hour oil setting with no heat.
Refrigerate for an hour before use. Then pour it onto your lettuce and enjoy!
