Vegan Pancakes with Strawberry Compote

Ingredients
Strawberry Compote

1 pound of Strawberries

1 cup Rasberries
-
2 tablespoons Organic Sugar
-
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Vegan Pancakes
-
1 tablespoon Magical Oil
-
1 ¼ cups all-purpose Flour
-
2 tablespoons White Sugar
-
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
-
½ teaspoon Salt
-
1 ¼ cups Water
Directions
Vegan Pancakes
In a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix water with Magical Oil.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir until slightly lumpy.
Scoop large spoonfuls of batter onto a medium hot pan and cook until brown, usually about 3 minutes. Flip and repeat for 2 minutes.
Serve immediately or freeze for later. Enjoy!
Strawberry Compote
Add all ingredients into the Magical Butter machine and set temperature to the 130degree setting.
Select one hour oil setting and run for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, your compote is ready! Set aside to cool or enjoy warm.
