White Cacao and Gingerbread Chocolates

Ingredients

1 stick (1/2 cup) Magical Coconut Oil

½ cup White Cacao

1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon

¼ cup Molasses

¼ cup Brown Sugar

2 tablespoons Ginger Juice (or juiced ginger

2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract

2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon Agar Powder

Pinch of Salt

Directions
In a double boiler, melt all of the ingredients on very low heat.
Once fully dissolved, transfer melted ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor.
Run on the highest speed to fully incorporate the agar powder into the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a silicone measuring cup so you can easily transfer the mixture to your molds.
Pour the mixture into your molds, then refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up. Enjoy!
