Boil above ingredients 280-285° on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, mix well and pour over popped corn stirring to mix.
I place popped corn in a large aluminum turkey roaster pan and place in 250° oven, stirring every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
Take out let cool and place in sandwich bags or cute containers for gifting!!
