If using Active Dry Yeast you have to proof the Yeast first if not let's go.
In bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook add 2 cups of flour, water, sugar, and instant yeast. Start off on low. Mix for 4 min.
Add in salt and the rest of the flour a cup at a time and mix for 5-6 minutes until the dough is super soft but somewhat smooth. At this point your mixer should me at a medium speed. If your dough is not soft and smooth add a some water a tablespoon at at time no more then 3 should do it. But if I looks to soft and sticks to the bowl a little add flour a tsp at a time no more then 4 should do it.
If you shredded your Magical Butter add it in at one time but if it's cut into cubes drop 1 tablespoon at a time. Mix for about 3 minutes or until the dough comes back together.
Remove from bowl and transfer to a greased bowl then cover bowl until the dough dubbed in size this should take about an hour.
Once that happens punch the dough down and place on a very lightly floured board. Divide into 4-8 pieces and shape. Transfer to a parchment lined tray and cover for another hour with plastic wrap.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Bake for 16-23 min or until golden brown. Allow to cool before making you Super Hero sandwich!

Born and raised in Brooklyn what most call Subs or Grinders we call them Heros. And with my Magical butter I made what I call a Super Hero. Why not have a sandwich that can take you higher than the average one.
Tips: to get a good golden brown use a egg wash
Also when letting dough rise in the bowl if you have Magical Canna oil use that
And if you don't have a egg for the wash you can also use melted Magical Butter and brush that on for a better Super taste.
